All our Christmas ornaments are handcrafted by traditional artisans in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from one another. Minor irregularities, natural variations, or joint marks on the surface should not be considered defects but rather characteristics of authentic handicrafts. Handicraft, by definition, embraces a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of order delivery
  • The return period begins from the date you receive your order

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • For damaged products, you must provide an unpacking video as proof of damage

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products showing signs of use or wear
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Custom or personalized ornaments (unless damaged upon arrival)

Refund Process

Processing Fees

  • A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds
  • PayPal processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount
  • The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item
  • Please allow 3-5 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fees

  • If payment was made via PayPal, a 5% PayPal commission fee will be deducted from your refund as this fee is non-refundable to us
